I spent approximately two days hunting down a hairstyle that looks aaaaalmost like Morrigan's Inquisition hairstyle and then painstakingly fixing all the bugs, gaps, and bald spots I could find (because the scalp part of the hair Does Not Want To Fit her for some reason, just my luck). But it looks close enough, and I'm happy.
Appearance: Using CotR assets, all textures standalone and included, yada yada yada. I extracted her diffuse textures from Inquisition myself (well, more like extracted then painstakingly adjusted it to CotR face... it's not a 1:1 recreation, but whatever close enough). Since I could probably never get permission to use ShinglesCat's Morrigan hair, I opted for the closest one from SG Hairdos, originally by Peggy Sims.
Bring Your Own Body Meshes as they're not included here--she'll use whatever default you have. There's different versions for UNP/Vanilla and CBBE.
I think I got her eyes wrong. whatever
Combat: She can't shapeshift into a swarm of bees unfortunately, but she can pepper your enemies with ice spike and lightning bolt. No fancy custom abilities (can't think of any)--I gave her a hefty amount of perks and a large magicka pool to compensate.
Location: The swamps of Morthal, especially around Falion's ritual circle. Sometimes she visits the town proper, sometimes she checks out Ustengrav (and possibly gets in a skirmish with the necromancers there). Rarely you'll find her (bedgrudgingly) spending time at the inn.
Others: Her hair clips a lot when she's moving or tilting her head (believe me, I spent an entire day fixing it. This is the best I could do). She'll do whatever crime you ask. With Custom Follower Voices she has the exact same voice as her DAO self. Essential and levels up indefinitely.

Another alternative is Enaya13's Morrigan for Legendary Edition, if anyone's up to porting it to SE. They did a lot of Dragon Age stuff too, check them out if you haven't already.)
